OTR COMPANY DRIVERS ONLY — 6 MONTHS CDL-A EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

EARNING POTENTIAL
Top 20% of Phoenix Terminal OTR drivers average $1,650 per week.

2021+ EQUIPMENT
Drive late-model equipment, including:

2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia

2021 or newer Kenworth tractors

Well-maintained OTR equipment
DRIVER TRAINER OPPORTUNITY
Experienced drivers can increase their earnings by becoming a driver trainer.
Trainer Pay:
-
Guaranteed $250/week while training
-
Additional $0.05 CPM on miles over 1,875/week

Up to $400 Safe Student Bonus per student upgrade

Potential to earn $20,000+ additional income annually
Trainer Requirements:

Minimum 1 year OTR experience
-
At least 30 days employed

Safe driving record
