Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
- Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Previous experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Compassionate and adaptable approach to supporting diverse student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a school-based pediatric population
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and social success
- Maintain clear documentation on student progress and work in alignment with IEP guidelines
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development as needed
- Provide guidance and support to families regarding therapy practices and progress
