Essential Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Valid SLP state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY supervision eligibility
Experience in a school-based setting preferred, though strong clinical backgrounds are welcome
Proficiency in assessment, developing treatment plans, and progress documentation
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy interventions based on student needs
Provide direct therapy, consultation, and support to students individually and in small groups
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educators to promote student development
Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
Serve as a resource for staff and parents regarding speech-language services
