Job Description
Full Steam Staffing is hiring dependable and motivated Material Handlers to join our warehouse and production operations. In this role, you will be responsible for moving, stocking, staging, and tracking raw materials and finished goods to keep operations flowing smoothly and safely.
Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, transport, and stage raw materials, parts, and finished products throughout the facility
- Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and RF scanning devices
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against packing slips, work orders, and manifests
- Stock production lines and work cells with necessary inventory to prevent manufacturing downtime
- Wrap, band, label, and prep pallets for shipment or storage
- Keep aisles, storage bays, and material handling areas organized, clean, and free of hazards
- Follow all company safety standards, OSHA rules, and standard operating procedures
Schedule:
- Shift Start Time: 1:00 PM (Afternoon / Evening shift)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in material handling, warehouse logistics, or shipping and receiving preferred
- Ability to operate pallet jacks and RF scanners (forklift experience is a plus)
- Strong physical stamina, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for the full shift
- High attention to detail, basic math skills, and strong organizational ability
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
