Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

Location: Woodland CA USA 95776

Assignment: 6 months anticipated.

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture products in Class 1,000 and Class 100 cleanroom environments while following aseptic techniques and cGMP requirements.
  • Ensure products are manufactured according to established procedures, quality standards, and production deadlines.
  • Perform quality inspections of incoming materials and finished products.
  • Formulate, finish, manufacture, and fill products with minimal supervision.
  • Complete batch records accurately and on time following daily production activities.
  • Monitor manufacturing equipment and perform basic equipment cleaning and maintenance.
  • Record readings and information from laboratory and manufacturing equipment.
  • Follow written and verbal work instructions from supervisors and plant leadership.
  • Move materials and crates between freezer and packaging areas using hand trucks, dollies, pallet jacks, forklifts, or electric dollies.
  • Inspect and package products, checking bottles, labels, and heat-shrink materials for defects.
  • Label, bag, box, and palletize finished products according to production requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with GDP (Good Documentation Practices).
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of production and cleanroom areas.
  • Report quality, safety, and production issues to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Keep required training documentation current and assist with training other employees when needed.
  • Provide input on new and revised SOPs to ensure procedures remain accurate and compliant with current GMP requirements.
  • Safely use industrial cleaning products and required PPE.
  • Perform additional manufacturing and production-related duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1–3 years of relevant manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Experience working in an FDA-regulated environment preferred.
  • Experience with aseptic techniques and cleanroom operations preferred.
  • Familiarity with cGMP and GDP requirements.
  • Ability to accurately complete production and batch documentation.
  • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work safely with manufacturing equipment, chemicals, and PPE.
  • Ability to operate or work around material-handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, hand trucks, or electric dollies.


Physical & Working Conditions:

  • 100% onsite work in Woodland, CA.
  • Work may be performed in controlled and cleanroom environments.
  • Frequently lift or move items weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 60 lbs.
  • Rarely required to lift more than 60 lbs.
  • May work with noxious or hazardous chemicals while using appropriate PPE.
  • Required PPE may include gloves, freezer jackets/jumpsuits, protective eyewear, and safety footwear.
  • Respirator use is required as part of the role.
  • Must be comfortable working in freezer, production, packaging, and cleanroom areas.
