Job Description
As a Residential House Cleaner, you will travel to clients' homes and perform professional cleaning services according to company standards and client needs. You should be dependable, efficient, respectful of clients' homes, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Dust furniture, fixtures, baseboards, and other surfaces
- Clean mirrors, countertops, sinks, showers, tubs, and toilets
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Clean appliances and other designated areas when included in the service
- Perform deep-cleaning tasks when scheduled
- Complete Airbnb or move-in/move-out cleaning when assigned
- Follow company cleaning checklists and quality standards
- Properly use and care for cleaning products, supplies, and equipment
- Report damages, maintenance concerns, or client issues to management
- Maintain professional and respectful communication with clients and team members
- Arrive on time and complete assigned jobs within the scheduled timeframe
Qualifications
- Previous residential or professional cleaning experience preferred, but training may be provided
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Professional and respectful around clients and their property
- Ability to perform physically active work, including bending, reaching, standing, and lifting up to 40 lbs
- Reliable transportation to assigned job locations
- Ability to communicate effectively with management and clients
- Comfortable using a smartphone for schedules, communication, and job information
