Responsibilities
Connect with local community members to understand their insurance needs and provide meaningful coverage options.
Guide prospective clients through our various policy offerings, ensuring they feel confident in their decisions.
Reach out to current policyholders to review their protection plans and suggest helpful updates.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions to ensure personalized, ongoing service.
Collaborate with the rest of the office to meet our shared goals for growth and community support.
Learn and adapt to new insurance regulations and product launches to provide the most current advice.
Requirements
California Property & Casualty insurance license.
Strong computer skills and comfort navigating multiple digital systems.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex details simply.
