NOW HIRING – CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
Location: Chino, CA 91710
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday 9:30 AM–5:30 PM Overtime may be required
 
Executive Recruiting Center (ERC Staffing) is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for an opportunity in Chino, CA.
 
JOB DUTIES:

<li>Provide professional in-person customer service</li>
<li>Perform accurate data entry</li>
<li>Assemble and organize documents</li>
<li>Assist with general office and administrative duties</li>
<li>Communicate professionally with customers and team members</li>
<li>Maintain organized and accurate records</li>
</ul>
REQUIREMENTS:
<ul>
<li>Excellent attendance and reliability</li>
<li>Professional and well-spoken</li>
<li>Comfortable using a computer</li>
<li>Basic data entry skills</li>
<li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li>
<li>Organized and able to follow instructions</li>
<li>Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but NOT required</li>
</ul>
 
Pay is $18.00–$20.00 per hour based on experience.
