Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and patient-focused Physical Therapists (PTs) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our rehabilitation team at multiple locations across California. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support rehabilitation goals, and help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
Locations: Los Gatos, Citrus Heights, Rocklin, Oakland, and Pinole, California

Traveling pairs of clinicians may be considered for select locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans within the scope of practice.
• Provide physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence.
• Assist patients in achieving individualized rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current and valid California license as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), as applicable to the position.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills.
  

Compensation

Hourly compensation varies by location:

• Los Gatos: $77–$90 per hour
• Citrus Heights: $75–$88 per hour
• Rocklin: $75–$88 per hour
• Oakland: $77–$90 per hour
• Pinole: $77–$90 per hour
