What You'll Do
As a Membership Sales Associate, you will:
- Promote and sell Massage Envy wellness memberships
- Educate guests on the benefits of ongoing massage, stretch, and skin care services
- Drive gift card sales and seasonal promotional offers
- Recommend and sell professional retail products for at-home wellness and self-care
- Rebook guests for future appointments to encourage consistent wellness routines
- Build lasting relationships with members and first-time guests
- Follow up with prospective members and leads
- Maintain accurate guest information and appointment records
- Help achieve individual and clinic sales goals
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Sales experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to confidently recommend memberships, services, and products
- Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
- Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
