If you enjoy owning the process—from a clean print to a clean inspection report—this role is for you. In Chatsworth, CA, you’ll craft precision parts for aerospace, medical, industrial, consumer, and OEM partners at a company leading rapid prototyping, rapid production, and digital manufacturing (including custom plastic injection molding, tooling, investment casting patterns, and 3D printing).

What will you do each shift?

• Translate blueprints and technical drawings into accurate setups and offsets.
• Program with Mastercam and CamWorks; simulate and prove out toolpaths.
• Operate mills primarily (3–4 axis VMC and Mitsubishi 5-axis), with lathes and grinders as needed.
• Measure twice, cut once: verify dimensions using precision instruments and document results.
• Care for the equipment: perform regular maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Deliver to spec: ensure quality compliance and make data-driven adjustments.
• Protect the team: follow OSHA and company safety standards.

Are you a fit?

• Math-ready: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, geometry, algebra—with strong trigonometry and statistics skills.
• Clear communicator who follows written and oral instructions.
• Steady under pressure with proven problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable interpreting complex engineering drawings.
• Aerospace background and the ability to produce precision parts.
• Excellent computer and interpersonal communication skills; physical stamina; genuine interest in production and processing.

Logistics

• Full-time, temp-to-hire
• Monday–Friday swing shift, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM
• Pay: $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience
• Location: Chatsworth, CA
