Key Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapy (OT) license, valid in California
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based OT
- Ability to manage and adjust interventions for a diverse K-12 caseload
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to professional growth and evidence-based practice
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
- Conduct assessments and document progress according to educational requirements
- Develop and update Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Offer training and resources to teachers, staff, and families for optimal implementation of therapy strategies
- Maintain thorough records, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines
