Key Qualifications:

Current Occupational Therapy (OT) license, valid in California
Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based OT
Ability to manage and adjust interventions for a diverse K-12 caseload
Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
Conduct assessments and document progress according to educational requirements
Develop and update Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Offer training and resources to teachers, staff, and families for optimal implementation of therapy strategies
Maintain thorough records, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines
