Key Qualifications:

  • Current Occupational Therapy (OT) license, valid in California
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based OT
  • Ability to manage and adjust interventions for a diverse K-12 caseload

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
  • Conduct assessments and document progress according to educational requirements
  • Develop and update Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Offer training and resources to teachers, staff, and families for optimal implementation of therapy strategies
  • Maintain thorough records, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines
