Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active or pending California SLP licensure
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility; strong applicants with CFY status welcome
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric speech-language services
  • Skilled in teletherapy platforms and digital communication tools
  • Collaborative spirit and effective interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students with a diverse range of needs
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and write evaluative reports
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention programs
  • Work closely with educators, counselors, and parents to support student success
  • Maintain documentation and track progress aligned with school and legal standards
  • Employ evidence-based practices in both in-person and virtual settings
