Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active or pending California SLP licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility; strong applicants with CFY status welcome
- Experience in school-based or pediatric speech-language services
- Skilled in teletherapy platforms and digital communication tools
- Collaborative spirit and effective interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students with a diverse range of needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and write evaluative reports
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention programs
- Work closely with educators, counselors, and parents to support student success
- Maintain documentation and track progress aligned with school and legal standards
- Employ evidence-based practices in both in-person and virtual settings
