PLEASE INCLUDE DAY TIME INTERVIEW AVAILABILITY IN PACIFIC TIME
**MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1YR ACUTE CARE EXPERIENCE - HARD STOP, DO NOT SCREEN**

STROKE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
EPIC EXP REQUIRED - MAY SCREEN
SCREEN FIRST TIME TRAVELERS - MUST HAVE ACUTE EXPERIENCE
**MUST BE ABLE TO PERFORM MODIFIED BARIUM SWALLOW STUDIES - HARD STOP, DO NOT SCREEN** (FEES CERT STRONGLY PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED)
Will see 8-10 patients/day - adult and geriatric only
2 weekend shifts/month (Sat-Sun), may not be during the same weekend
Can apply with CA license pending - please provide date and proof of CA license submission

Start date: DEC OR JAN
Years of experience REQ: 1 - MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR IN ACUTE SETTING
First-timers accepted: (Y/N): YES
Weekend REQ: 2 weekend shifts/month (Sat-Sun), may not be during the same weekend
Certs REQ: ACLS, BLS, CA License
Is on-call REQ?: No
Will this traveler need to float between like units? Will see patients all across facility
Open to accommodating block schedule? Per manager discretion
Pending License accepted: May apply with pending CA license
RTO Restrictions: RTO must be included at time of submission
Guaranteed Hours: facility is able to call off once per two week pay period
