Residential Leasing Consultant - Roving Monday through Friday

Experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant needed in the North County (78 Freeway). This is a roving position 2-3 properties a week. Qualified candidate must be comfortable touring units, calling and setting up property tours, helping residents, maintenance techs and vendors.

Responsibilities

o Respond to internet leads, answer prospect calls and conduct property tours

o Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic

o Accurately prepare and have a thorough knowledge of all lease-related paperwork

o Responsible for helping auditing all lease and renewal files

o Other tasks or duties as assigned by supervisor

Required Skills

o Must be team oriented but able to work independently on occasion

o Minimum 6 months experience as an Apartment Consultant in Property Management

o Ability to read, analyze and interpret all forms of information

o Must know Yardi, Rent Roll, AIM, and other PM software

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills

o Ability to prioritize tasks

o Ability to multi-task
