Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to manage residential remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, and related trades.
- Strong knowledge of California building codes, permitting processes, safety regulations, and contractor licensing requirements.
- Experience supervising field staff and subcontractors, with skills in scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow coordination.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and contracts, with attention to detail and quality standards.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, including the ability to provide clear direction, resolve conflicts, and collaborate with clients and team members.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on practical solutions, jobsite safety, and risk mitigation.
- Working knowledge of basic construction tools, materials, and techniques applicable to home remodeling environments.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (email, project tracking, documentation software) for reporting, recordkeeping, and coordination.
- Current or eligible California contractor license or qualification to serve as RME under state requirements.
- Previous experience in residential construction or remodeling; experience in kitchen and bathroom projects is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Apple Valley, CA, including standing, walking, and working in active construction environments.

Requirements
• 10+ years of Construction experience
• 4+ years of work experience with Demolition
• 4+ years of work experience with Drywall
• 4+ years of work experience with Framing
• General Contractor License Required
