Job DescriptionWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for an experienced, dependable server who understands how important great service is to a restaurant’s success. We want someone who brings a friendly, welcoming attitude, works with urgency, and takes pride in creating an exceptional guest experience.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has solid experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar.
- Provides genuine hospitality and makes every guest feel welcome.
- Moves with urgency, stays organized, and handles a busy section confidently.
- Accurately writes down orders and enters them into the POS without mistakes.
- Anticipates guests’ needs and pays attention to the small details.
- Communicates effectively with the kitchen and fellow team members.
- Works seamlessly with the team to make even the busiest shifts look effortless.
- Has basic wine knowledge and experience with Toast POS, or is willing to learn.
- Takes initiative, helps wherever needed, and doesn't require constant direction.
- Is punctual, reliable, and has flexible availability.
