Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Santa Monica, CA
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Range: $40-$43/hr. on W2
Job Description:
Provide full-cycle recruiting support for our Business Team Achieve recruiting objectives from sourcing, engagement, and evaluation of engineering talent Partner with regular full time recruiters to successfully resolve offers within company guidelines
Demonstrate accountability for positive candidate experience showing feedback about your work
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree; Full lifecycle business recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for an array of business roles including; sales, marketing, finance, product, operations, content Experience networking, sourcing, and hiring diverse talent
- Experience working in both small and large tech companies Someone with an extensive network of senior business and creative talent across the globe
- Someone who is customer-focused and can provide a high-touch experience to candidates
- Someone who is organized, works with a sense of urgency, and can quickly execute priorities
