Job DescriptionOverview
Interventional Radiology Tech travel assignment in Los Angeles, CA. Start date 10/26/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range of $2,471–$2,621 per week with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift is nights, 3x12-hour blocks (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). Work setting: Home Healthcare - Hospice.

Responsibilities
- Perform Cardiac and Vascular radiographic examinations and active interventional procedures in the cardiovascular lab using a variety of specialized equipment.
- Operate fluoroscopy and digital imaging systems to produce high-quality images; position and immobilize patients per protocol to optimize study outcomes.
- Assist physicians with interventional procedures, manage necessary equipment and supplies, and monitor patient status throughout the procedure.
- Provide patient care with a focus on safety, communicate effectively with the medical team, and document findings and procedures accurately.
- Mentor and train staff on technical skills; contribute to ongoing process improvements and, when appropriate, input into hiring decisions for team members.
- Maintain equipment readiness, adhere to radiation safety and infection control standards, and ensure accurate recordkeeping and quality assurance.

Requirements
- Education: Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in radiologic technology or related field preferred.
- Licenses/Certifications: ARRT certification; Radiologic Tech (RT) license in the state of practice; Fluoroscopy (FLUORO) certification; CPR/BLS certification from an approved vendor.
- Experience: At least two years of recent field experience; experience as a Special Procedures Technologist preferred.
- Additional requirements: Current nursing license per the state of assignment; PVMB/TEAM/TEAM-A/CPI or equivalent crisis prevention training; Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) certification.
- Ability to work in a Home Healthcare - Hospice setting and support cardiac/vascular interventional imaging as part of a multidisciplinary team.
