Pay Rate: $35.00 - $40.00 /hr.
Shift: 3rd Shift (11 pm to 07:00 am )
Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Person
Bonus Opportunity
Eligible U.S. touch-labor roles may qualify for a $3,000 Subco Bonus Program:
- $1,000 after 14 days with perfect attendance
- $1,000 after 60 days
- $1,000 after 90 days
To receive the 60- and 90-day bonuses, the employee must have received the 14-day bonus.
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator with hands-on experience operating CNC lathes or mills in a low-volume, high-mix production environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathes or mills.
- Perform multiple setups and operate up to three machines.
- Read blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Machine precision components, primarily aluminum, with some stainless steel and titanium.
- Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy and tight tolerances.
- Perform first-piece, in-process, and first article inspections.
- Make minor G-code adjustments and maintain quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
Must meet at least one of the following:
Option 1 – CNC Lathe
- CNC lathe setup and operation experience.
- Experience boring jaws to control runout.
OR
Option 2 – CNC Mill
- CNC mill setup and production operation experience.
- First Article Inspection (FAI) experience.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to read blueprints and inspect precision parts.
- Experience in a high-mix production environment.
- Ability to lift over 30 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fanuc CNC controls experience.
- Ikegai TU15 lathe experience.
- Air gauging experience.
- Experience machining aluminum, stainless steel, or titanium.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
