Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Clinical Supervisor & Program Lead
We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and leadership-oriented Clinical Social Work to join our growing behavioral health team. This role is ideal for an experienced clinician who is passionate about mentorship, program development, and helping associate-level clinicians grow into strong providers.
The LCSW will play a key leadership role in overseeing clinical quality, providing supervision, supporting group programming, and working closely with operations leadership to ensure the practice runs effectively and ethically.
Position Overview
This position includes:

Individual clinical supervision for associate clinicians and students

Group supervision and case consultation

Oversight of clinical programming requiring LCSW involvement

Collaboration with the office manager on workflow, compliance, staffing, and accountability

Support with clinical documentation standards and best practices

Helping build a strong, supportive, and mission-driven treatment environment
Responsibilities

Provide weekly one-on-one supervision for associate clinicians and trainees

Facilitate group supervision and clinical development meetings

Review treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation
-
Support quality assurance and ethical compliance

Assist with crisis consultation and clinical decision-making when needed

Help oversee behavioral health programming and clinical operations

Collaborate closely with the office manager to improve systems, communication, and patient care flow

Assist with onboarding and mentorship of new clinicians

Foster a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented clinical culture
Qualifications
-
Active California LCSW license in good standing
-
Experience supervising associates, trainees, or graduate students preferred

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Experience in outpatient behavioral health, community mental health, or integrated care settings preferred

Ability to work collaboratively with both clinical and administrative teams

Passion for mentorship, systems-building, and patient-centered care
Preferred Skills

Experience with Medi-Cal and commercial insurance documentation standards

Knowledge of behavioral health compliance and clinical oversight requirements

Experience facilitating groups or psychoeducation programming
