SuperCare Health is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Area Customer Care Trainer to drive training excellence within our regional customer care teams. This role is pivotal in enhancing performance, ensuring process compliance, and elevating the new hire experience through structured onboarding and ongoing skills development.
The Area Customer Care Trainer will collaborate closely with leadership and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assess training needs, update existing programs, and implement new training solutions aligned with business priorities and customer service standards.
