Manufacturing Manager Job Description:
PrideStaff is working with a local solar company who is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to join their team. The Manufacturing Manager will lead the assembly team, manage daily production, and support clean-water infrastructure. The ideal Manufacturing Manager has multiple years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment focusing on solar technology, has 1 or more years of leadership, has solid knowledge of SOP’s, and is highly organized with leadership skills. The Manufacturing Manager is a full-time, direct hire position in Woodland, CA.
Manufacturing Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Create Production Schedules, Manage Daily Assembly, & Meet Fulfilment Targets
- Create & Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) For Builds & Quality Checks
- Track Inventory Levels, Prevent Shortages, & Manage Delivery Timelines
- Answer Technical Questions & Coordinate Customer Service Requests
- Train, Mentor, & Guide Assemblers on Safety & Build Standards
- Work With Sales & Operations to Track Metrics & Plan Demands
- Follow All PPE & Safety Guidelines
Manufacturing Manager Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- Bachelors or Associate Degree in a Related Field or 5+ Years of Hands on Experience
- 2+ Years of Assembly, Production or Warehouse Operations
- 1+ Years of Leadership Experience
- Must be Mechanically Inclined With Wiring Troubleshooting Experience & Knowledge of SOP Writing Skills
- Must be Able to Lift up to 50lbs & Work in a Warehouse Environment
- Demonstrates Excellent Organizational & Planning Skills
