We are seeking a Meat Production Worker to handle beef, pork, and processed meat products in a production environment. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this role supports meat processing, quality inspection, labeling, cold storage, and packing on a day shift with an early morning start.
Responsibilities
- Process beef, pork, and processed meat products.
- Inspect products to support quality standards.
- Verify product labels for accuracy.
- Store products safely in cold-storage areas.
- Pack finished meat products for distribution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in meat production or food production.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
- Familiarity with meat processing equipment.
- Experience with product inspection, packaging, or labeling.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
- General labor experience.
- Bilingual or Spanish-speaking ability.
- Ability to work in a cold and wet setting
