Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Lumpers to assist with loading and unloading freight in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates must be comfortable performing physical labor, working on their feet, and handling heavy materials throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently</li>
<li>Sort, stack, palletize, and move products within the warehouse</li>
<li>Assist with breaking down and organizing freight</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe work area</li>
<li>Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies</li>
<li>Work as part of a team to meet daily productivity goals</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment</li>
<li>Ability to stand, bend, twist, and walk for extended periods</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and good attendance</li>
<li>Previous warehouse or unloading experience preferred, but not required</li>
<li>Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus</li>
