Compensation:
$150,000 - $250,000 yearly DOE
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on California employment law to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with clients' business goals and legal requirements.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings, negotiations, and dispute resolutions with a focus on positive outcomes.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to provide accurate, actionable advice.
- Collaborate with clients to draft, review, and revise employment contracts and policies.
- Educate clients on best practices for workforce management and employee relations.
- Stay updated on changes in employment law to proactively inform and guide clients accordingly.
Qualifications:

Experience in California employment law, with a focus on compliance and risk mitigation.
