Job Description

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Production Associates to join our fast-paced manufacturing team in Fontana, CA. This position supports the daily high-speed packaging and production of liquid automotive and household cleaning products. The ideal candidate has direct experience operating liquid filling lines, labeling equipment, and capping machinery in a chemical or liquid manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Operation: Safely set up, operate, monitor, and clean production equipment, including liquid filling machines, capping machines, automatic labelers, and heat sealers.
Liquid Packaging & Handling: Monitor flow rates, bottle fills, and torque accuracy on container caps to ensure product meets specifications.
Line Support & Material Handling: Supply packaging lines with raw materials (bottles, caps, labels, boxes) to maintain uninterrupted line speed and throughput.
Quality Assurance: Perform routine visual inspections and quality checks for mislabeled products, leaks, low fills, or container defects; immediately report discrepancies to line leads.
End-of-Line Packaging: Hand-pack finished liquid products into cases, label shipping master cartons, and neatly stack/palletize goods for shipment.
Sanitation & Changeovers: Assist line leads with equipment line washdowns, tank flushouts, and sanitization during product changeovers following strict chemical safety protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 1+ years of experience in a liquid manufacturing, liquid bottling, household chemical, or automotive chemical environment strongly preferred.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience running or assisting with filling lines, cappers, and labelers.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 40–50 lbs regularly throughout an 8-hour shift. Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and twist for extended periods.
Work Environment: Comfortable working around industrial liquids, cleaning chemicals, and automated packaging machinery (appropriate PPE provided).
Work Ethic: High attention to detail, strong punctuality, and a safety-first mindset.

Schedule

Shift Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (1st Shift) with occasional overtime as needed.
Pay rate: $18.00 – $22.00/hour, based on experience.
