We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to join a luxury retail team in San Diego for a seasonal assignment. This role will oversee a small team of Client Advisors and support the store in delivering exceptional client service and strong sales performance.

Responsibilities

- Manage and support a team of 2 Client Advisors
- Coach and motivate the team to achieve sales goals and KPIs
- Provide ongoing feedback, training, and development
- Lead by example in delivering an elevated luxury client experience
- Support clienteling, relationship building, and repeat business
- Assist with day-to-day store operations and floor management
- Maintain high standards for merchandising, organization, and store presentation
- Partner with store leadership to ensure a positive and productive team environment

Qualifications
\n

- Previous Assistant Store Manager, Team Lead, or comparable leadership experience
- Luxury or premium retail experience strongly preferred
- Strong sales and clienteling background
- Proven ability to coach and develop a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for luxury fashion and exceptional client service
