Staffing Specialist

Vista, CA | $21/hr | Mon–Fri, 30 to 40 hours/week (flexibility around start and end time)

ArangoHRS is looking for a friendly, organized Staffing Specialist to own talent sourcing and screening, open job fulfillment and new‐hire onboarding in a fast‐paced, people‐focused environment.

What You’ll Do

• Source, screen, and schedule candidates
• Interview sourced candidates onsite in our Vista office
• Own matching candidates with open jobs
• Update employee records and support payroll processes
• Assist with onboarding documents, I‐9s, and drug screens

What You Bring

• Staffing, recruiting or interviewing experienced preferred
• Bilingual is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player
• Great communication and people skills
• Ability to stay positive and organized under pressure
