A large, established manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join its team. This position is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities and hands-on experience maintaining automated manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Navigate and operate HMI interfaces on automated and robotic equipment.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs and adjustments to minimize downtime.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and optimal performance.
• Utilize TIG, MIG, and ARC welding, fabrication, and machine repair skills to support production operations.
• Work closely with production and other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and improve equipment efficiency.
• Maintain and monitor spare parts inventory while supporting cost-effective maintenance operations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following established safety procedures.
• Travel occasionally to other company locations for training and operational support.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and equipment repair skills.
• Experience working with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with automated machinery and HMI-controlled equipment.
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and respond effectively to equipment breakdowns.
• Must be flexible to work additional hours and/or weekends as operational needs require.

Schedule: Schedule: 2nd/3rd Shift: Monday – Friday 5:00 p.m. – 1:30 a.m.

Temporary: Assignment length 3-6 months
