S/4HANA Systems Analyst / Configuration Lead (PS & EPPM) Hybrid/Remote and in-office

We are seeking an experienced S/4HANA Systems Analyst and Configuration Lead for a high visibility contract role which is pivotal in shaping the final solution for utility construction project Management and controls. You will be the functional expert responsible for the design, configuration, and integration of the S/4HANA Project Systems (PS) module within a sophisticated technical ecosystem.

• Lead Configuration: Serve as the functional lead for S/4HANA PS, driving the design and hands-on configuration to support complex utility construction workflows.
• Integrated Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between S/4HANA PS, EPPM, and Finance.
• Design and maintain critical interfaces with external project management and bidding tools, specifically Primavera P6 and Heavy Bid.
• Support the team in defining the "to-be" state for project controls, ensuring the solution meets the rigorous demands of large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Translate complex business requirements from managers and decision-makers into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong functional experience in SAP S/4HANA Project Systems (PS) and EPPM.
• Integration Knowledge of integrating SAP with Primavera P6 and/or Heavy Bid.
• Prior experience in Utility Construction, Heavy Equipment, or Engineering sectors is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of processes of and leading to end-to-end project financial control
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy.
