Job Description\n
The Physical Therapist Assistant will evaluate and develop treatment plans for assigned patients, implementing modifications based on patient needs and physician direction. This role involves delegating and directing therapy services, creating functional treatment programs, and serving as an educator for patients, families, and colleagues.

- Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
- Document patient care using approved formats while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment and care plans.
- Participate in student mentorship programs and contribute to a positive learning environment.
- Comply with organizational performance improvement initiatives and safety protocols.

Required Experience\n

- A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- Outpatient clinical experience of 6 months to 1 year is required.
- Current CPR certification.

Certifications/Licensure\n
Must maintain professional licensure in good standing.
