Role Description The Assistant Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Livermore, CA. This role supports the Store Manager in daily operations, including supervising store staff, driving sales performance, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include monitoring store standards, assisting with merchandising and inventory management, and helping maintain compliance with retail loss prevention policies. The Assistant Store Manager will coach and develop team members, support scheduling, and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment. This role also involves resolving customer concerns, communicating store priorities, and helping execute brand initiatives on the sales floor.

  • Customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to create a welcoming and solution-oriented store experience.

  • Leadership and operational skills, such as Store Management, team supervision, and support of daily retail operations.
  • \n

  • Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and management, both verbally and in writing.
  • \n

  • Awareness of Retail Loss Prevention practices and commitment to maintaining a safe, secure, and compliant store environment.
  • \n

  • Previous retail or customer-facing experience, preferably in footwear, apparel, or specialty retail.
  • \n

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as business needs require.
  • \n

  • Proven ability to meet sales goals, use point-of-sale systems, and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • \n

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail management or business is a plus.
