- 8+ years in technical program/project management.
- 3+ years specifically in IAM or Cybersecurity program management.
- Strong hands-on program-level understanding of Okta + Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD.
- Has led enterprise IAM transformations/migrations, ideally Entra ID → Okta.
- Understands SSO, SAML/OIDC, SCIM, JML, IGA well enough to challenge engineering teams and manage technical dependencies.
- Strong experience managing engineering teams, SI/implementation partners, vendors and executives.
- Broader cybersecurity exposure: GRC, SOC, vendor risk, security governance, compliance.
- PMP/CISM/Security+ is a plus.
