We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Production Worker / Material Handler to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will help move materials, assist on the production line, and keep the work area clean and safe.
Basic/broken English is accepted—we value a strong work ethic, attendance, and willingness to learn!
- Position Type: Temp-to-Hire (Long-Term)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Pay Rate: 17 to 18 DOE

Key Responsibilities
- Material Handling:

- Move raw materials, parts, and finished products throughout the facility.
- Load and unload shipments manually or using hand trucks/pallet jacks.
- Organize inventory and store materials in designated areas.
- Production Support:

- Assist on the assembly or production line as needed.
- Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipping.
- Inspect products for quality and basic defects.
- Safety & Maintenance:

- Keep work areas, aisles, and equipment clean and organized.
- Follow all facility safety rules and guidelines.
- Report any damaged items or safety concerns to supervisors.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, factory, or production environment is a plus, but not required (will train).
- Language: Basic or broken English is acceptable (must be able to follow basic instructions and safety signs).
- Physical Demands:

- Ability to stand and walk for long periods (up to 8 hours a day).
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 40–50 lbs regularly.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Work Ethic: Reliable transportation and punctual attendance are required.
