Quality Control/Production Technician- Wafer Fab 12 hour shifts

Manufacturing

* Perform manual and automated assembly of optical components and modules

according to detailed manufacturing instructions and process specifications.

* Conduct in-process and final testing of products using specified equipment and

procedures, analyzing test results and identifying deviations.(Ops do not analyze data,

Engineers do and the data verification is automated to catch deviation though MES)

* Operate and maintain production equipment, including calibration and basic

troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance. (This is done for maintenance

engineering)

* Document production activities, test data, and quality control information accurately

and completely.

* Identify and report product defects, process anomalies, and equipment malfunctions to

supervisors or engineering staff.

* Adhere to all safety regulations, cleanroom protocols, and quality management system

requirements.

* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process

optimization efforts.

* May assist in training junior production technicians on specific tasks and procedures.

* Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to a positive and productive

work environment.
