Toxic Tort Plaintiff Attorney - Culver City, CA
Job Description
Job Description
A national plaintiff firm serving mesothelioma and asbestos-cancer patients is hiring a litigation attorney for its Culver City office. One seat, open to a strong junior or an experienced litigator. Every case is on the claimant side.
What you will do: run plaintiff matters through written discovery, depositions, motions and trial preparation. Take and defend depositions. Argue motions. Work with clients and their families to assemble medical and exposure histories. Travel regularly for depositions and hearings.
What the firm needs: an active California Bar license. Plaintiff litigation experience; asbestos is the ideal, and complex litigation, toxic tort, mass tort, medical malpractice, product liability or premises liability all qualify. A junior with genuine deposition and motion experience is encouraged to apply. Primarily in the office, with room for life when it happens.
Compensation: $125,000 for a junior attorney, rising to $200,000 with experience, and beyond that for an exceptional candidate. Full benefits.
This search is confidential. L&W Recruiting represents the firm; the name is shared with qualified candidates after a conversation.
