ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated After-School Paraprofessional to support students in Redding, California.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist students with after-school activities and assignments.

Provide individual and small-group support.

Support students with academic, social, and behavioral needs.

Help maintain a safe and positive learning environment.

Collaborate with school staff to support student success.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience working with children preferred.

Special education experience is a plus.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to meet district and applicable California requirements.
