Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state licensure as an SLP
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred; Clinical Fellows considered
- Prior school-based or pediatric experience highly valued
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient with standard therapy documentation and IEP processes
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic assessments and direct therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate student records and track progress towards goals
- Deliver services individually or in small groups within diverse school settings
- Consult with teachers, families, and staff to support student generalization and educational participation
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and professional development
