We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support sales activities and deliver responsive service to clients in San Francisco, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys a high-energy workplace, stays organized under pressure, and communicates clearly with both customers and internal teams. The role centers on order coordination, client follow-up, and day-to-day sales support while helping ensure a smooth customer experience from quote to delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare customer pricing details and sales quotes accurately in partnership with the sales team.
• Track purchase activity and vendor commitments to help keep orders moving on schedule.
• Communicate with clients by phone and email to provide updates on order progress and answer service-related questions.
• Resolve order, delivery, and shipping concerns by coordinating with sales colleagues, vendors, and management.
• Enter and maintain order information in company systems with strong attention to detail.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and make outbound follow-up calls as needed.
• Support a busy showroom and office environment by balancing multiple requests and shifting priorities effectively.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, retail, or a similarly fast-paced service environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage several tasks at once while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
• Comfortable using computer systems for order entry, tracking, and general administrative support.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with consistent follow-through on assigned work.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new products, processes, and tools.
• Ability to collaborate closely with a team and adjust as workload levels change.
• Background knowledge in textiles, interior design, or fine art is preferred.
