Now hiring an experienced Property Manager for a LIHTC (Tax Credit) apartment community in Williams, CA! Put your Section 42 compliance and leadership skills to work.

What you'll do:

• Oversee daily operations and lead the on-site team

• Manage leasing, waitlists, income certifications, and annual recertifications

• Keep tenant files accurate and audit-ready for Tax Credit compliance

• Handle rent collection, resident relations, and vendor coordination

What we're looking for:

• +1 year managing LIHTC / Tax Credit properties

• Knowledge of Section 42 income certification and recertification

• Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, RealPage, OneSite)

• TCS, C3P, or HCCP certification a plus

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00/hour, paid weekly
