Position: Behavior Interventionist
Behavior Interventionists provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings. This role involves working one on one with clients, helping them build communication, social, and self-help skills while collaborating with a supportive and experienced clinical team.

$22.00$26.00 per hour, based on experience and education

Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
Collect and record data on client progress.
Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Qualifications
High School Diploma REQUIRED

Bachelors Degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or related field (preferred but not required). Valid California drivers license and reliable transportation. Must pass the TB test. Must pass criminal background check & fingerprint clearance. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
