Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive mid-market growth through compelling product messaging, customer insights, and sales enablement. The ideal candidate will translate complex product capabilities and market data into clear, business-focused narratives that help Sales and Customer Success teams engage and convert high-value customers. Experience in fintech, lending, SaaS, and small business solutions is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop product marketing strategies, messaging, and positioning to support mid-market growth.
Create sales enablement materials, customer success stories, presentations, and competitive insights.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
Monitor marketing performance, manage vendor relationships, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong experience in product marketing, preferably within fintech, lending, or SaaS.
Excellent strategic thinking, analytical skills, and customer-focused storytelling abilities.
Proven expertise in messaging, positioning, and sales enablement.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting mid-market customers and sales teams.
Familiarity with QuickBooks products and the small business ecosystem.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
Experience developing executive presentations and customer-facing marketing materials.
