Several openings are available serving K-12 students within ESN (Extensive Support Needs) caseloads. Your expertise ensures each student receives personalized support and instruction, helping them access the curriculum and thrive.

To be considered, you will need:
- California Moderate/Severe (Mod/Sev) teaching credential (current/active required)
- Prior experience or strong interest in working with ESN caseloads
- Knowledge of IEPs and experience implementing specialized instruction
- Compassionate communication and strong advocacy for students with diverse learning needs
- Ability to collaborate effectively with support staff, families, and related service providers
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering individualized lesson plans aligned to IEP goals
- Maintaining open communication and documentation for student progress
- Adapting curriculum materials and teaching strategies to each student’s unique learning profile
- Collaborating closely with parents, paraprofessionals, and multi-disciplinary teams
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to assessment, planning, and review
