🔧 Are you a hands-on Wiring / Low-Voltage Technician who enjoys building, testing, and troubleshooting wiring systems?
\n
\n
We’re looking for a Wiring Harness Technician to join a Quality Assurance engineering team supporting internal test harness setup and low-voltage wiring projects.
\n
\n
📍 Location: Culver City, CA
\n
🏢 Work Model: 100% Onsite
\n
🕘 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
\n
🎯 Experience: 1–3 Years

\n
🔥 TOP 3 MUST-HAVE SKILLS
\n
✅ Low-Voltage Wiring & Harness Assembly
\n
Experience cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, terminating, and routing wires, including Cat 6 and 22-gauge wiring.
\n
✅ Hands-On Tool Experience
\n
Comfortable using wire strippers, crimpers, multimeters, and soldering equipment for SMT and through-hole work.
\n
✅ Technical Documentation
\n
Ability to read and follow wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and wire harness assembly instructions.
\n
\n
🛠️ WHAT YOU’LL DO :-
\n
🔹 Build and install wiring test harnesses for internal QA testing
\n
🔹 Cut, run, route, and connect Cat 6 and other low-voltage wiring
\n
🔹 Perform basic continuity and low-voltage testing
\n
🔹 Set up wiring connections to various devices
\n
🔹 Document wire movements and inventory using Google Sheets
\n
🔹 Use Jira and Google Workspace for task tracking and documentation
\n
🔹 Collaborate with Engineering and QA teams
\n
🔹 Assist with running tests when required
\n
🔹 Follow wiring harness assembly instructions and technical documentation
\n
\n
⭐ NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS :-
\n
➕ J-STD-001 certification or similar
\n
➕ Experience with access control systems or security cameras
\n
➕ RJ45 / Keystone / Network Cabling experience
\n
➕ Linux or Mac Terminal experience
\n
➕ QA / testing experience
\n
➕ Network or security installation background
\n
\n
👤 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:-
\n
• 1–3 years of hands-on wiring, cabling, or harness assembly experience
\n
• Experience running and setting up low-voltage wiring
\n
• Strong hands-on skills with crimping, soldering, stripping, and termination
\n
• Ability to understand basic schematics and wiring diagrams
\n
• Strong documentation and communication skills
\n
• Must be comfortable with a 100% onsite position
\n
