Senior Caregiver [Urgent]

Job DescriptionBoundless Care Inc. is looking for a compassionate, patient, and experienced female senior caregiver to provide in-home companionship and support for a 77-year-old female client in Hollister, CA.
Assignment Details:

• Location: Hollister, CA 95023.
• Schedule: 3 days per week (specific days to be confirmed).
• Preferred Hours: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (4 hours per visit).
• Start Date: ASAP.
• Care Type: Companion Care / Senior Care.

About the Client:Our client is a 77-year-old woman who needs companionship and assistance with daily routines. She is independently mobile without a walker or cane but has recently experienced increased forgetfulness, occasional confusion, and hallucinations.We are looking for someone who is patient, understanding, and experienced in supporting seniors with memory-related or behavioral challenges.
Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement.
• Encourage proper hydration and regular meals.
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure the client is eating adequately.
• Provide gentle reminders and support with daily routines.
• Monitor the client's general well-being and report any concerns or changes in behavior.
• Maintain a calm, reassuring, and safe environment.
• Communicate regularly with the family and care coordination team.

Qualifications:

• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration.
• At least 1 year of professional senior caregiving experience.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Recent TB clearance.
• Experience caring for seniors with memory loss, confusion, or challenging behaviors is highly preferred.
• Patient, dependable, compassionate, and an effective communicator.
