Distribution Associate
Location: Redlands, CA (On-site)
Pay: $19.50/hr (W2)
Schedule: 2nd shift — 2:00 PM–10:30 PM (40 hrs/week)
Type: Temporary (Full-time)
What you’ll do
- Pick/prepare cases accurately using pick tickets/labels and RF/handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment including Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) (and may use forklifts, conveyors, handcarts, power trucks, etc.)
- Move materials and maintain basic handling/logistics records
- Follow SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements
Requirements
- 2+ years of EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack) experience
- Strong, accurate case picking skills
- Comfortable reading pick tickets/labels and using RF/handheld scanners
- Able to lift/move 50+ lbs and perform frequent standing/walking/bending/reaching (metrics-driven environment)
- Drug test required
- Safety shoes required
- High school diploma/GED preferred (or 2+ years applicable experience)
Work environment
Moderate to loud noise; exposure to moving equipment; can be hot in summer (no A/C) and cold in winter (limited heating).
