Summary of Position
Maintain the highest quality of customer service by anticipating the needs of each individual guest.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet guest upon arrival at counter
- Request customer order
- Use electronic/manual ordering and cashiering system to place orders
- Get payment and complete transaction
- Select requested food items from serving or storage areas
- Assemble items for takeout
- Notify team members of shortages or individual orders
- Carry out additional duties to prepare food, deal with special customers, maintain cash drawer
- Maintain neat eating and serving areas
Qualifications
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Possess suitable communications skills to create a positive interaction experience with our customers.
