Key Responsibilities\n

- Establish and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with patients, fostering an environment conducive to open communication and healing.
- Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders, using effective therapeutic interventions to address the specific needs of each client.
- Create individualized, comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique circumstances of each patient, taking into consideration their backgrounds, preferences, and goals.
- Conduct regular follow-up sessions to provide ongoing counseling, address any challenges, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Utilize various therapeutic modalities (such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, etc.) during sessions, ensuring that interventions are evidence-based.
- Perform ongoing assessments of patient progress to ensure effective treatment and support, making referrals to specialists when needed.
- Document all patient interactions and treatment plans accurately and timely in accordance with organizational protocols and HIPAA regulations.
