Are You Exceptionally Organized, Fast-Moving, Creative?

I’m a San Diego entrepreneur managing multiple businesses and creative projects, and I’m looking for an exceptional Personal & Business Assistant to become my right hand.

This is not a typical assistant position. I’m looking for someone who genuinely LOVES organizing, creating beautiful spaces, solving problems, and getting things DONE.

Someone who moves quickly, thinks independently, has a great personality, and takes pride in making everything run smoothly.

If you’re the kind of person who sees a messy room and immediately wants to organize it, notices what needs to be done without being asked, and loves checking things off a list - we might be a perfect match!

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Organization & Hands-On Projects

Our first priority will be getting everything beautifully organized and running efficiently.

* Organize my apartment, storage areas, and warehouse.
* Sort, categorize, label, and inventory products and supplies.
* Help organize and maintain our spa.
* Deep clean and maintain beautiful, functional spaces.
* Assist with small improvement projects, touch-ups, and general upkeep.
* Create simple organizational systems that are easy to maintain.

2. Personal & Daily Assistance

* Help with daily household routines, breakfast preparation, and cleanup.
* Occasionally assist with my child’s morning school routine.
* Help with school drop-offs and pickups when needed.
* Run errands, shop for supplies, and handle returns.
* Keep the home organized, clean, and running smoothly.
* Adapt to different daily priorities.

3. Task Management & AI Organization

* Keep detailed, updated task lists using ChatGPT and other simple tools.
* Track projects, deadlines, outstanding tasks, and completed work.
* Document where things are stored and what still needs attention.
* Help turn my ideas and verbal instructions into clear action plans.
* Follow up proactively so nothing gets forgotten.

4. Business & Creative Support

* Assist with everyday projects at my skincare spa and other businesses.
* Help prepare spaces for meetings, events, and creative projects.
* Occasionally record simple videos using a smartphone.
* Set up a phone, tripod, lighting, or basic recording equipment.
* Contribute creative ideas and practical solutions.
* Support new projects as our businesses continue to grow.

No professional video production experience is required.

I have a very active lifestyle and manage several businesses simultaneously.

I value efficiency, initiative, and results. Every working hour is an investment, and I’m looking for someone who respects time, stays productive, and enjoys accomplishing a lot.

You don’t need to know everything on day one. I’m happy to teach the right person.

But you MUST genuinely enjoy working, moving quickly, learning, and getting things done.

This is an active, hands-on position - not a desk job.

Schedule & Compensation

Pay: $30 per hour

* Flexible schedule, with work on a regular, ongoing basis.
* Some mornings may begin as early as 6:45 AM.
* Other days will have later start times.
* Work takes place at different locations in San Diego, including my home, spa, and storage spaces.
* Exact weekly hours and schedule will be discussed during the interview.

Requirements

* Strong organizational skills and a positive work ethic.
* Comfortable with hands-on cleaning and physical organization.
* Comfortable working in a household with a child.
* Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and ability to meet applicable requirements for school transportation duties.
* Reliable transportation between work locations.
* Comfortable using a smartphone and learning AI tools.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Dependability, discretion, and respect for privacy.
* Relevant personal assistant, household management, hospitality, or organizational experience is a plus.
